Especially precision is one of the main demands of the deliveries and we typically work with tolerances of +/- 5-10mm. The last few orders we delivered were between 2-3mm, which further cemented our relationship with our clients.

Expanding Our Production Line
Our current setup is ideal for handling these inquiries of EPS and PUR cutting, but with the size and numbers of the orders increasing, we realized that expanding our production line was the best way to accommodate the growing demand. Fortunately, most of the materials we need for the expansion were already in our inventory, allowing us to make the changes quickly.
In addition to having the necessary materials for expanding our production line, we are also fortunate to have a team of skilled individuals who make the new setup possible. With their expertise, we can ensure that the expanded production line will operate at optimal efficiency and meet the demands of our clients.
Over the next few weeks, our production hall will undergo significant changes to become leaner and more efficient. While our primary focus will be to cater to our client’s needs, the setup will also enable us to work on other projects within the energy sector, leveraging our expertise in parametric programming and cutting in EPS and PUR foam.
