Søren Ravn Jensen, born 1965, is currently engaged in board work and active investments. Søren originally trained as a machinist, engineer and export technician and has further education from AVT Business School and INSEAD.
Søren Ravn Jensen is the owner of Sjølund A/S, Ravn Jensen Holding and co-owner of Dan-Inject ApS, Nordic Nutrient A/S, among others.
Søren holds a number of board positions in i.a. Business Kolding (chairman), Ipart Group, Dan-Inject ApS (chairman), Nordic Nutrient ApS (chairman)
Through Ravn Jensen Holding A/S, Søren owns 106,952 shares corresponding to 0.59% and 150,000 warrants.

Marlene holds a degree in civil engineering from DTU, supplemented by management education from IMD, INSEAD and Stockholm Business School.
Marlene has many years of experience in senior executive positions with leadership, strategy development and implementation as well as transformation of organizations within the construction industry’s value chain with responsibility for innovation and development, sustainability and digitalization. Marlene also has experience with business development and growth in start-ups and scale-ups within a wide range of industries.
Marlene holds a number of board positions including Kalaallit International Airports A/S, H. Skjøde Knudsen A/S, Odense Bygningsservice A/S and Bacher Work Wear A/S.
Marlene’s most recent position was as SVP at NCC with responsibility for sustainability, procurement and design of buildings as well as development and implementation of the strategy “Winning Profitable Projects” across the Nordic organization. She has previously been CEO of Væksthus Hovedstadsregionen and held management positions at the Danish Technological Institute.

Bjarke Ruse Sejersen, born 1985, is Chief Executive Officer of Go Autonomous, which he founded in 2020.
Bjarke has worked with digitalization of companies, technology and management for more than 12 years and has an academic background from Information Science and IT University. Previously, Bjarke has been responsible for digital development in Saint-Gobain Distribution Denmark and the global aviation company Satair.
During his time at Saint-Gobain Distribution Denmark, Bjarke has helped create some of the most successful digital growth cases in the Danish construction industry. In 2020, with Bjarke at the helm, Satair won the Digital Company of the Year award, and at the same time, Bjarke was named Facebook’s Digital Profile of the Year.
Today, Bjarke is a board member of Ipart Group and Neotherm A/S and owns the company Go Autonomous ApS through In Good Company Holding ApS.
Henrik Jacobsen, born 1963, graduated B.Sc. Production Engineering at the University of Southern Denmark, Odense.
Through his employment in the Danish business community, Henrik has built up competencies and achieved significant results.
Henrik comes from a position as Deputy Director of Production and Innovation at the Danish Technological Institute, where he has been working with commercialization within digitalization and development of robot and automation technology since 2018.
Other positions include VP for International Business Development at Blue Ocean Robotics, CEO of Arkitektgruppen A/S, MD at Aluwind Group, MD at Væksthus Syddanmark and VP at ABB A/S in the Robotic Division.
On April 1, 2022, Henrik took up the position as CEO of Odico A/S.
