Through our pioneering technologies, we make it possible to seamlessly go from concept to digital drawing to physical object, ensuring flexibility, automation and cost-efficiency for your project.

3 & 5-axis CNC Milling

One of our many skills at Odico is CNC milling on 3 and 5 axis milling machines. This means that we can construct three-dimensional objects in many different materials and manufacture a broad range of complex components.

We are capable of processing workpieces up to 4000 x 1500 x 800 mm, and we use Autodesk Fusion 365, which means we handle almost every type of file.

3D wire-cutting

3D wire cutting enables quick production of formwork with complex double-curved geometries. The process takes two to three minutes per square meter, and our robotic wire cutting enables design freedom at no extra cost because a robot is indifferent to whether it is cutting a curve or a straight line.

Our standard workpiece dimensions are 2400 x 1200 x 1550 mm, but we are capable of processing a great variety of workpieces.

Laser Cutting

With our laser cutting technology we can slice a variety of materials, such as plastic and wood. If your project requires the highest accuracy, then laser cutting is ideal. The laser cutter has a working area of 3000 x 1600 mm.

3D Printing

3D printing is a technology that constructs three-dimensional objects from a CAD model or a digital 3D model. Our 3D printer makes is possible to create complex geometric shapes, functional prototypes and production tools in a short matter of time at low cost.

Coating

Our specialized PUA coating technologies have the added advantage of providing stability and impact-resistance to EPS.

Surface treatments can be applied in a wide range of colors, and we also provide textures ranging not just from polished to coarse, but venturing into special-purpose solutions in terms of surface grip, structure, etc.
