Odense Teater

As a part of a modernization of the interior at the old theatre building in the heart of Odense, Strøjer Tegl delivered an innovative wall decoration for the new brasserie.

Strøjer Tegl was the first company to purchase and implement Odico’s robotic manufacturing technology in their own production and with it, they have managed to revolutionize a craft that has not seen any significant changes for the last 400 years.

The cell makes it possible to create unique pieces of tile. Rather than basing the design on off-the-shelf tile, the likeness of a theatre curtain was drawn up in the 3D modelling software, and the needed pieces of tile were manufactured.
